• New: CRM → Locations → Clean up: overview of locations never used in a planning, with the projects and accounts they are linked to and whatever else references them. Filter by city, chain, type, creation date or ‘without project/account’, select, check with a dry run and delete or mark as Deleted in one go.

• New: Senmo retail analytics: link an account to a Senmo customer and an account location to a Senmo location; the Retail analytics tab shows visitors and passers-by per store. The Senmo login is a hidden setting under BeMobile management and never reaches agents.

• Improved: Locations now sit under CRM in the menu and have a map view: switch between list and map on the locations page. Locations with coordinates are pinned exactly, coloured per chain; locations without coordinates are placed approximately by city. Click a pin to open the location. • New: Product lists in surveys: manage assortments per client account (tab Product lists on the account page) with Excel import, versions per effective date and availability per retailer chain. Link a question to a list in the survey editor and the agent answers it per item (e.g. ‘On the shop floor?’ for every device), with follow-up questions per item, ‘Next item’ jumps, sections and a Yes/No preset. Which items a job sees depends on the date and the location’s chain. Service reports, the answers popup, HTML and Excel exports and the PDF show the answers per item.

• Improved: Error messages: when logging in, starting or finishing a job or performing a task fails, the API now always returns a reason with a stable code (e.g. contract expired, profile missing, account blocked, too far from the location, job already started). The agent sees the message in the app and Office sees the same reason under Activity: per user the last errors and in the timeline at the failed action. New settings WORK_REQUIRE_CONTRACT, WORK_REQUIRE_PROFILE and WORK_ENFORCE_DISTANCE (off by default) switch on the server-side checks for contract, profile and distance.

• New: Job page: new location block showing whether your location is shared, how far you are from the job location and how accurate your location is. Tap it for an explanation of why your location is needed, what we do with it and how to turn it on.
• Improved: New setting MAX_CHECKIN_DISTANCE (default 5000 metres): an agent can only start a job, perform tasks and finish within this distance of the job location. Adjustable in the MARK settings.

• Improved: Doing work now always requires a shared location: without it an agent cannot start a shift, perform tasks or finish a shift. Logging in, reading news and browsing remain available.
• Improved: Shifts can now be started, performed and finished later in the day or after the planned end time.
• Improved: Planning: searchable project and location pickers, real actions per project, default time tomorrow 09:00 to 17:00, translated hover labels and the calendar jumps to the new date after editing.
• Fixed: The “Help a colleague” bar has been removed from the agent home page.

• Improved: Travel expenses: the distance is calculated automatically, rounded to whole kilometres and can no longer be edited. One way or return shows the total distance straight away. Postcodes are read-only.
• Fixed: Travel expense lines now carry the correct rate per kilometre instead of the line total, so the inflated amounts are gone.
• Improved: Service exports (CSV and Excel) now include check-in time, check-out time and worked time. The share link and full report buttons have been removed from the account export screen.
• Improved: Privacy: exports and service reports no longer show agents’ mobile numbers or e-mail addresses. The photo list at the bottom of the report is gone, photos now sit with their question.
• Improved: Accounts and contacts have a clearer full-width layout with tabs. Contacts can be created with a MARK login, and you can start a new project straight from an account. Service search now also covers address, postcode, city, location number and external codes.
• Fixed: A white page could appear after signing out or restarting the browser. The app now clears stale storage itself and reloads once.
• Fixed: On agents the selected tab is kept: after saving a badge you return to the badge overview. The property filter now shows the available options.

Tabs for contract types (with employer and linked document template), employers (new: create, edit, delete), contract lengths, states (for reference), contract chains per agent (read-only) and the document templates. • New: Document templates: new merge fields for per-assignment contracts. Job.* (location name, address, city, dates and hours per planned day, total hours) comes from the agent’s planning within the contract period. Fields without a data source, such as Contract.HourlyRate, Contract.KmRate and Contract.DailyExpense, are typed in when generating or previewing. Sarawak’s GIS contract has been added as template ‘GIS Contract’.

• New: Document templates (HR & Logistics menu): manage Word templates with merge fields (Agent., Contract., User., Document.), versioned per period; one version valid per period, a new version closes the previous one automatically. Per version you see which fields the file uses and whether BeMobile can fill them, and you can make a preview (PDF or Word) for an agent. Contract templates are linked to contract types.
• New: Contracts: on the agent page you generate the contract document from the template (as PDF, visible to the agent) and send it for signing with one click. The request goes through the tenant’s signing provider (Signhost or Yousign) to the agent and optionally to you as first signer; the status (unsigned, being signed, signed) is shown per document.

2.65.0 (13 September 2026)

• New: New Badges module (HR & Logistics menu, tile on the BeMobile dashboard, tab on the agent page): access passes and parking cards per agent with number, issuer, location, account, valid from/till and status. Overview with counters and filters on ‘expiring soon’ (lead time per type), expired and type; renewing creates a new badge and marks the old one as ‘replaced’. Badge types are managed by the office. The module is licensed per tenant in Ops.

• Fixed: Activity: the map no longer zooms past street level for positions close together (at maximum zoom Google had no imagery and the stops seemed missing), refits once the panel has its final size and has a ‘Show all’ button.
• Fixed: Activity: positions written by older MARK code (map point only, no latitude/longitude) are stored in Dutch local time and were shown 2 hours late. They are now read as local time so every time on the page is correct.

• New: Activity: a user’s timeline now shows a Google map with the route of the day. Numbered stops in order (green = start, red = end, blue = position), a line between them, task locations as an orange flag with a dashed link to the check-in, and per stop the time, accuracy and distance to the location. Hovering a row highlights the stop on the map.

• Fixed: Activity: the ‘GPS issue’ flag now only appears for positions without GPS or with accuracy worse than 500 m. A check-in far from the task location (more than 1 km) gets a separate blue ‘Far from location’ flag, which usually points at wrong location coordinates. Older positions with only a map point count as GPS again.

• New: New Activity page (BeMobile dashboard and Operations menu): per day you see who signed in and what was done, with filters on type (agent, client, office), device and action. Per user: first and last activity, actions, browser and device, app version, number of positions and GPS quality (missing GPS, accuracy, distance to the location) and a timeline of all events.
• New: The app now sends its version and platform (web or installed app) and, on check-in, check-out, position updates and job start/finish, also records GPS accuracy, the device time and the reason when no position was available.
• Maintenance: The dashboard figures (active users, logins, positions, GPS issues) are now real figures for today instead of sample values.

2.62.9 (11 September 2026)

• Fixed: Security: the API now requires a login for every endpoint, including the agent list, agent photos, properties, agent groups and project authorities that were reachable without signing in. Nothing changes in the app; every screen already sent the login.
• Fixed: Preview: switching tenant or API signs you out, because a login belongs to one API. A stored session without a token is no longer restored; you land on the login page instead of an app showing empty lists.

• Fixed: Edit agent: saving personal details failed for agents without a marital status (value 0 was rejected); fixed. When saving fails you now see the actual API reason instead of just ‘Save failed’.
• Fixed: Project management no longer has a ‘New project’ button: a project is always created from an account. New project from an account: the account and period are now really stored on the project (the API received the fields under a different name and ignored them).
• New: Agent, Personal tab: ‘Login account’ card to create the agent’s login, change the e-mail, send a password link, set a password directly and block or allow sign-in. Agent group and type are dropdowns; a single Save/Reset bar.
• Fixed: Planning: a location not yet on the project is linked automatically when a job is saved; error messages show reason and code. Planning: for a new job the panel loads the locations and (pool) agents of the chosen project itself; when the project has no locations or pool yet, all locations and active agents are offered. Planning always works.
• Improved: Edit project: the account of a project is now chosen in the project panel; the project then shows under Accounts > Projects. Project, Actions tab: simply the full list of the project’s actions in chronological order, without status buttons and without the ‘Full report’ button. A new action shows up immediately. Account code is optional when creating an account (derived from the name).

• New: Full property management: create and edit properties on their own page with type, class, group, behaviour and options; deletion is guarded when agents have a value.
• New: Invite office users: send a password link from a user account (mail via Resend or copy); the user picks a password on /set-password and signs in with the BeMobile account. Office and Admin role presets when creating.
• Improved: Modules from BeMobile Ops now also drive the menu: Payrolling, Recruitment and Fleet disappear from the navigation when the module is not active for the environment.
• Fixed: New action: the action types load again (the lookup sat behind the recruitment module). Removed the ‘Push notifications’ card from the BeMobile dashboard.

• New: Import and export locations in the familiar MARK Excel format (LocationCode, Name, Chain, address, external codes, …): check first (what is new, updated, linked or in error), then import with progress. Also per project, with the project columns linked.
• New: Edit locations on their own page with a button to look up the coordinates from the address (Google geocoding with the environment’s key).
• Improved: Editing an action is a full page: types come from ActionTypes, with state, profile, pool, target and all options grouped; dropdown lists now always sit on top of dialogs.
• Improved: More compact header on mobile, so the MARK office environment also works well on a phone.
• Fixed: Survey editor: autosave waits until all questions and answer options are filled in and reports an error only once instead of after every keystroke.

• New: Multi-tenant on Azure: every customer has its own environment (Sarawak, MediaMarkt, Blu) on its own address such as sarawak.bemobile.nl, with its own database, modules and settings.
• New: Modules per environment: which parts are available (recruitment, payrolling, fleet, knowledge base, news, wallet, kudos) is managed centrally with a start and end date and comes live from the API.
• New: Agents: create new agents with just name, e-mail and phone; on the detail page marital status now sits with the basic details behind a single Save button.

• New: Signing up and withdrawing for available work now uses the fixed production API endpoints, without errors.
• Improved: The sign-up button only appears for a truly available shift, and withdrawing only for your own subscribed shift up to 48 hours before the start, with an explanation when it is no longer possible.
• Improved: After signing up or withdrawing, the available and assigned work lists are updated immediately.

• New: Documents now sit under Contract in the agent menu, and documents linked to a contract are visible inside that contract.
• New: The document viewer has been renewed: keyboard navigation, zooming, image rotation and clear metadata per document.

• Improved: Agent planning views now have clear names (List, Calendar, Matrix, Map) with per-view explanations and counters for total shifts, in progress and completed.

• New: Travel expenses (TC/TT) now have a dedicated form with from and to postal codes, one-way or return, and kilometres prefilled from the default route. On save the structured origin and destination addresses plus the journalId are sent to the API.
• New: Photo questions in a survey now offer both ‘Take photo’ and ‘Choose from gallery’, so photos taken earlier can still be uploaded.
• Improved: Allowed expense types and subtypes are fetched per shift via the journal options and shown fully translated. Receipts are responsive and fully zoomable.
• Improved: Surveys now show a clear loading indicator with progress and an extra hint when loading takes longer.
• Fixed: New planning rows: the agent, action and location dropdowns work again on mobile, and saving only reports success when the server actually created or updated the row. Duplicates and server errors get their own message.
• Fixed: Amounts with a comma or dot are handled correctly, so 3,89 is stored as 3.89.

• New: New ‘Missing worktime lines’ page under Finance shows read-only which agent checkouts still lack a work journal or WT worktime line, with date filter and pagination. Items disappear automatically once Finance resolves them.
• Improved: Backend now auto-creates or updates the work journal and WT worktime lines when a job is finished via POST /api/Work/calendar/{calendarId}/finish. The client workService has been updated so finishJob is always used for jobs with a calendarId; the standalone /api/Work/checkout stays reserved for the GPS end position.
• Improved: Bulk ‘Send message’ action now clearly shows the To and ToName fields in the preview and includes them when queuing to the MessageQueue.
• Improved: When a recruitment column shows an ‘in progress’ status, a popup now lists which documents are still missing.

• New: GPS position (latitude, longitude, accuracy) is now included when starting and finishing jobs and open jobs, so the backend knows exactly where the agent clocked in and out.
• Fixed: After completing the survey the app now reliably navigates back to the correct assignment by consistently passing the CalendarId from the task list and survey focus.
• Improved: Completed jobs can no longer be reopened by accident: the ‘Edit anyway’ button is removed once a job is finished.

• New: App version in the BeMobile settings page is now fully dynamic: version and build date come live from public/version.json via usePwaUpdate, with buttons to check for updates and install a new version directly. The manual version input and APP_VERSION setting have been removed.
• New: New ‘API version (backend)’ card in BeMobile settings that shows live metadata from the new public endpoint GET /api/version: environment, assembly and file version, framework, machine, process id, git commit, build and uptime, with a refresh button.
• New: Password for planning ‘hard delete’ is now configurable under BeMobile management > app settings, so it is no longer hardcoded in the client.
• New: Jobs overview now also shows soft-deleted rows via a ‘Show deleted’ toggle (includeDeleted=true to /api/Management/Work) with visual marking and a trash button per row for soft/hard delete.
• Improved: Bulk planning delete is clearer: the dry-run preview shows blockedStartedWorkCalendars and the client blocks the real hard delete with error code PLANNING_DELETE_HAS_STARTED_WORK as soon as work has been started (WorkStart/WorkEnd/IsDone/Completed/Signature/FormData).
• Improved: Edit panel for a planning appointment has been cleaned up: tidier form, clearer actions and more consistent spacing.

• New: Planning: soft-deleted calendar rows (Deleted=1) are now clearly marked with a red ‘Deleted’ badge, strike-through text and a red background, in both the list view and the cards. Deleted rows stay hidden by default unless ‘Show deleted shifts’ is enabled.
• New: New ‘Restore’ action in the detail and edit panel of a calendar row. A banner at the top signals that the row is soft-deleted; one click restores the row plus its linked soft-deleted tasks through the new API endpoint POST /api/Management/Planning/calendars/{id}/restore.
• New: Trash button added at the end of each row in the planning list view, so you can delete a calendar row directly without opening the panel first.
• Improved: Error messages when deleting a calendar row are much more detailed: HTTP status, server message, error code, calendar id, blocked rows and a readable hint (e.g. on 404 that the row is probably already deleted). On 404 the planning is automatically refreshed.
• Improved: When ‘Show deleted shifts’ is enabled the client now explicitly sends includeDeleted=true to /api/Management/Work (with fallback parameters showDeleted=true and deleted=all), so soft-deleted rows are actually fetched from the backend.
• Improved: API co-development for Planning: new endpoints for single delete (POST and DELETE), bulk delete with batched dryRun preview, hardDelete option for physical deletion even on already soft-deleted rows, and restore. EventLog names shortened to PlanCalendarDel, PlanBulkDelete and PlanCalendarRestore because of the database column length.
• Improved: All new copy around delete and restore (badge, tooltip, banner, button, toasts, toggle) is translated into NL, EN, FR and DE under mark.planningPage.deleted.

2.46.0 (29 June 2026)

• Improved: The z-index stack has been standardised. Dialogs, popovers, dropdowns, tooltips, hover cards, context menus and the candidate photo zoom now always appear on top of sheets and flyouts. No more hidden popups behind the candidate flyout.
• Improved: Photos uploaded by the candidate during application and onboarding are now stored at up to 2560 px with JPEG quality 0.92, instead of 1920 px at 0.8. Originals under 2 MB are kept untouched so the sharpness is really preserved.
• New: New ‘Copy photo to Agent’ button in the candidate flyout footer. Copies the candidate photo to the linked Agent, even when agentId is missing (the Agent is then looked up by email). A toast reports whether the photo was copied, not found, or the upload failed.
• Improved: Promote dialog: when reusing an existing Agent the photo is now force-overwritten, so a second promote run actually places the current candidate photo on AgentImage. The dialog no longer closes automatically, you close it yourself with the Close button once all steps are done.
• Improved: How To Recruitment extended in all four languages with the new items ‘Copy photo to Agent’, ‘Sharper candidate photo’ and ‘Dialogs always above flyouts’.

• Improved: Update check in the version badge now shows clear per-phase feedback: checking in progress, up-to-date confirmation with current version, or a green panel with old and new version. During install a separate status with spinner explains that the app will reload automatically. Clearing the cache also shows a toast now.
• Improved: Bulk email in Recruitment now auto-detects templates with an onboarding link, splits the selection into with link, no link but agent present, and no agent, and offers an option to automatically generate missing links while sending.
• New: New recruitment template ‘Application rejected’ added to the default templates, with professional HTML formatting and placeholders for first name and vacancy.
